CCS Employment Agency offers work placements and Internships for men and women wanting a career change. We are career training and career change specialists, with 20 years of experience in placing workplace graduates and writing resumes.
We have established working relations with recruiting agencies, HR departments and small businesses. We work with our interns towards finding appropriate placements geographically with skill development. Our internships result in job offers about 90% of the time extended by the businesses and companies where our client serves as an intern. We have done thousands of Internships in Ontario and extend our services to global delivery of training with Internships in Canada.
The academy enjoys just about 100% job placement rate. On average, our graduate gets the first job offer after 3 interviews. Normally our graduate has 2-3 interviews a week when looking for a job. We teach you how to make every step a success: sending resumes, talking to recruiters and HR managers, successful interviewing, and job offer negotiation. It is an integral part of our career training program.
We are a job market driven, short-term work-place training institution, which measures its success in the workplace.
